Women who are affected by   gestational diabetes during pregnancy have a much higher risk of developing type2 diabetes during their lifetimes. Their children also have an increased risk for obesity and type 2 diabetes. This can be Reduce by taking some preventive measure. Type2 diabetes is a serious condition, which, if left untreated, can lead to sight loss, foot numbness and heart disease, as well as the risks associated with having a hypo.
